Google Cloud x Pluto7 GTM Strategy

April 2021 - December 2022

From April 2021 to December 2022, I spearheaded a range of targeted marketing initiatives to ensure the successful launch of Pluto7's Planning in a Box with Google Cloud. Together, we collaborated on developing a robust go-to-market strategy for our innovative product, Planning in a Box. Leveraging Pluto7's expertise in cutting-edge technology solutions and Google Cloud's extensive cloud infrastructure capabilities, we created a seamless plan to introduce Planning in a Box to a wider audience. This partnership not only showcased the strengths of both organizations but also highlighted the power of collaboration in driving success in today's dynamic market landscape.

During this period, I meticulously crafted and executed a comprehensive marketing plan that encompassed various strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation. Leveraging this data, I developed compelling messaging and tailored content to resonate with our target audience.

I orchestrated multifaceted marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media channels, and email marketing to generate buzz and drive engagement. I also reworked and conducted AB testing on Pluto7’s GoPage, an all in one platform for Google Cloud Sales reps to access Pluto7-partnered content, team member contact information, supply chain expertise and much more. Collaborating closely with the sales team, I also implemented lead generation campaigns and optimized conversion funnels to maximize ROI.

Furthermore, I organized virtual events, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Planning in a Box, effectively positioning it in the market. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations, I expanded our reach and established Pluto7 as a leader in Google Cloud planning solutions.

By consistently monitoring performance metrics and analyzing results, I fine-tuned our marketing strategies for continuous improvement and growth. The successful launch of Planning in a Box with Google Cloud stands as a testament to the collective efforts and strategic approach implemented throughout this period.

The combined efforts from Pluto7 and Google Cloud resulted in massive sales pipeline growth of 15% on both sides for the initial product offering. This product launch covered our main verticals of CPG of Manufacturing corporations.

My partner liaison efforts also led me to win the Google Cloud Partner All Star Award for Marketing in December of 2022. I was proud to have my achievements and Pluto7 spotlighted across the North America Google Cloud ecosystem allowing me to build meaningful connections I still hold today.

At Pluto7, I launched a bite-sized content series showcasing our 15 end-to-end supply chain machine learning solutions, spanning from Demand Sensing to Returns management. I meticulously crafted, designed, edited and launched to provide our audience with a comprehensive overview of Pluto7’s capabilities in the supply chain domain. By breaking down complex concepts into digestible pieces, I aimed to increase engagement through various channels, including social media platforms and email campaigns. Each piece in the series served not only as an introduction to Pluto7 but also as a valuable resource for businesses looking to optimize their supply chain operations through cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

By strategically leveraging this series across social channels and email campaigns, we aimed to not just inform but also intrigue our audience, sparking conversations and fostering a deeper understanding of how Pluto7 can revolutionize supply chain processes with its innovative solutions.

Cedric EMPOWERS

October 2020 - March 2021

Over the course of my internship, I was deeply involved in the creation and launch of Cedric Empowers, an in-house podcast dedicated to highlighting influential figures in the DE&I space. I played a crucial role in ideating content themes, strategizing guest outreach, and designing various collateral such as social media posts, email campaigns, a podcast landing page, signage, and the main CE logo. I used tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Garage Band to create collateral and content.

By crafting engaging social media visuals and compelling email campaigns, we were able to generate excitement and anticipation around the podcast's launch. The podcast landing page was meticulously designed to reflect the essence of Cedric Empowers, inviting listeners to explore stories of impactful change and inclusivity.

Through our collaborative efforts, Cedric Empowers successfully captured the essence of driving meaningful conversations and fostering a more inclusive environment across diverse industries.
